NDA employees make changes for women

To promote gender consciousness and openness in the organization and as part of the double celebration of the 2020 National Women’s Month and the Dairy Authority’s 25th Anniversary, a seminar on gender sensitivity was conducted last March 12, 2020 at Hive Hotel in Quezon City. A total of 125 NDA employees from all department areas actively participated in the said seminar with the theme “We Make Change for Women” which highlights the empowerment of women as active contributors to and claimholders of development.

Mr. Alexey R. Cajilig, President and CEO of Arc Docendi Inc., shared his time and knowledge as the speaker of the seminar. He discussed various issues surrounding gender equality as well as good practices, gaps and challenges in pursuing gender and development in an organization. The activity aims to inspire and empower not only women but every NDA employee to be agents of change for all genders.
